KPRF Law Office offers comprehensive legal services for units of territorial self-governments as well public administration. Legal services include ongoing support, legal assistance with key and strategic self-governmental projects as well as running all the matters with regard to court and non-court proceedings.
The scope of offered services includes:
- developing and reviewing from legal and editorial perspectives draft resolutions, orders, contracts, decisions, provisions, agreements, letters, regulations and other legislation issued by organs of the entity serviced,
- supervising administrative proceedings regarding urban planning and spatial development, including revising correctness of decisions determining locations of public purpose investments implemented in enclosed areas,
- preparing legal opinions regarding locations of investments, permits and permissions for infrastructure investments implementation, that is, public roads, including motorways and expressways, airports, flood-prevention constructions, railway lines,
- legal representation in cases in front of common courts, administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court as well as other deciding authorities, together with enforcement proceedings,
- drafting preparatory documents, court documents as well as other documents regarding proceedings in front of courts and administration authorities,
